Ugochukwu Onuoka is a senior Partner in Ed & Kel Solicitors, a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, with right of appearance and audience in all the Superior Courts of the Country. He is specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law practice with bias for Intellectual property, Real property and Estates Law in addition to dispute resolution through commercial litigation and ADR mechanisms.
Ugochukwu also acts as Company Secretary and legal adviser to diverse range of Clientele on legal due diligence, regulatory compliance issues, Business establishments, drafting and vetting of business agreements, Business Permits and approvals and other formalities.
